If you have changed your mind on your purchase and would like to return it please do so within 14 days of purchase.

Full refund upon return within 14 days*

*Item must be returned in same state as received - if item is damaged upon return no refund will be given.

*Postage and packaging costs for returns to be paid by the customer returning the item.

Damaged Items

 If an item is damaged during shipment please provide photographic evidence (contact via contact form for email address) and we will endeavor to provide a replacement.

*Postage and packaging costs will be covered for the replacement item and the original shipping time frames will apply.

Exchange

We do not provide an exchange service due to the nature of our items being handmade and individual in design.

*We will only exchange like for like if the item is damaged during shipment and evidence of this is provided.
